The place is incredible. It didn't feel like a hotel. It felt more of a home. The location is remarkable and the service there is great. The owners really take good care of the place and take care of its guests. Anything we needed, they were their to help. Every morning Alessandro would make us cappuccinos that were delicious. And anytime we would walk in, he would ask again if we wanted some. Honestly, from looking at all the hotels around there, this is the one you want to take. I'm not sure if it's a 3 star Hotel or B&B. The price ratio is high for such a property. As a couple we've stayed there for a night. It's a nice villa near to the train station and the city centre. The rooms are not sound proof. We could clearly hear the noise of the room next to us and the footsteps of stairs. The room looked kitsch with all those book racks and the glass coffee table. The owner is a gentlewoman. After watching the photos of breakfast we've decided to take the breakfast in the villa. What a mess!!. There was a little table to have the breakfast. Everything was limited. Not what we've seen in the photos. We've found only two fresh brioches for us. No bread. A coffee pot and a tea pot. No cappuccino. Not a great choice of yogurts. The brioches were tasty. I've asked the lady who was in charge at the moment if its possible to have some more brioches. Nope, they've baked only one for each guest. Wait.. What? For sure breakfast is not worth enough for it's price rate. Obviously at this point you can have a good breakfast somewhere else in the city centre.
Extremely comfortable and attractive accommodation. Full of books and antiques, you will want to stay in rather than go out.
I stayed 4 nights in this BB in Pavia. The price for a quadruple room was acceptable with spacious room. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, dirty bathroom, beds made without slamming the sheets, dust, table in the room …
We stayed at Villa Marisa twice, the first in November 2022, and we returned in July 2023. We chose Villa Marisa for our stay for its comfort, cleanliness and courtesy... Close to the hospital, which is why we have it chosen the first time and subsequently for the apartment located on the ground floor, convenient for my daughter in a wheelchair after her surgery. Matteo. Very kind and courteous owner, I was also able to bring our 4 month old kitten with us. Thank you very much ❤ I recommend it to everyone.
I can say THAT it was recommended to me 3 years ago as a support by the maugeri of Pavia where I was hospitalized, as a position we found it excellent, first year I didn't meet the owner Lara, a year ago it was very pleasant, their rooms very welcoming with different names there is a very positive energy and peace!
This B&B in the heart of Pavia, a few minutes walk from the centre, is a real surprise. A structure equipped with every comfort with beautiful, large and clean rooms. Friendly and approachable staff. Excellent price. I will definitely come back
